It is designed to distribute weight evenly over the entire foot, which relieves so that you can spend a whole day on your feet without getting hurt. Cork-latex mixture gives the foot the support it needs, but also helps with shock absorption on hard surfaces. DEVO is designing footbed so its provides maximum rest for the foot, the body weight is distributed evenly over the entire foot. The anatomical design forces the feets muscles to gently but firmly move in a natural way. Then put the blood circulation going in all parts of the foot, which helps you with cold feet. 
 A good posture gives rest and endurance. DEVO's footbed works just as if we, like the old days, barefoot moving in soft natural areas.
